1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your engagement with the services provided by Tlier (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a strategic consultancy specializing in wealth-building, legacy creation, and simplification of complex challenges. By accessing Tlier’s services, website, or engaging in any consultation or retainer arrangement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
2. Scope of Services
- Services are provided exclusively within the agreed-upon scope and timeframe (e.g., a 21-day Strategic Retainer or other bespoke engagements).
- Deliverables include strategic guidance, consultation, analysis, and recommendations, but do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice unless explicitly stated.
- Any work outside the agreed-upon scope will require separate agreement and additional compensation.
3. Engagement & Payment
- Engagement commences upon receipt of the agreed fee (e.g., Strategic Retainer Fee).
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Payment secures priority access to services and constitutes acknowledgment of these Terms.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All information shared during engagement is treated as strictly confidential.
- Client information, strategies, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Tlier unless explicitly assigned in writing.
- Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or claiming ownership of any materials without written consent.
- Privacy is handled in accordance with Tlier’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials provided are the exclusive property of Tlier.
- Use of any intellectual property outside the agreed engagement requires express written permission.
- Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While services are provided with the highest standard of care and expertise, Tlier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profit, income, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
- Clients assume full responsibility for the implementation of recommendations.
7. International Compliance
- Services may be provided to clients domestically or internationally, subject to applicable local laws.
- By engaging with Tlier’s services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information consistent with domestic and international privacy regulations, including GDPR for EU residents.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice; fees paid for services rendered up to the termination date remain non-refundable.
- Upon termination, the client must cease use of all materials and confidential information provided.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction.

- Clients are engaging with a service designed for measurable impact, simplification of complex challenges, and the cultivation of enduring wealth and influence.
- These Terms ensure transparency, trust, and the highest level of professional discretion.
12. Amendments
- Tlier reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Arbitration Agreement
- Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the engagement, or any services provided by Tlier shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.
- The arbitration shall take place in the plaintiff's [City/State] of choice, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- By agreeing to these Terms, the Client waives the right to participate in any class action or collective legal proceeding related to Tlier’s services.
